Recommended Apps You Should Have!

  • Premier Agent (Zillow): Dont need this one unless youre paying for Zillow leads. 

  • Showingtime: App to show properties.

  • Zillow app: You'll have clients every now and then that send you links to homes they have found. Easier to navigate on the app than it is on their mobile website.

  • Realtor.com: Same as above.

  • Supra E-Key: To access homes using Supra Lockbox.

  • Gmail: If you have a gmail email.

  • GoMLS: MLS access to look up homes and such

  • Outlook App: This is for your OnDemand Email if you have one.

  • Quickbooks Self Employed: Highly recommend for keeping income/expenses/tracking miles in order.

  • OpenDoor: You will show OpenDoor listings from time to time. You need their app to access their listings.

  • ThumbTack: If you need a quick repair or need quotes on a repair, utilize this app. I have found a lot of good contractors off of it as well.

  • Docusign: Signing Documents on the go.

  • Dropbox: if you are doing video tours for clients, this is a good way to upload the video to your dropbox and just send your clients a link. It costs $12 a month. I know there are some free ones out there like Google Drive, Mega, etc.

  • Redfin: Similar to Zillow & Realtor.com

  • Sheets: I use this to update past clients birthdays/ close date anniversaries/etc.

  • Chime CRM: Your CRM, on to go!

  • Zoom: Only if you plan to Zoom and not Facetime Clients.

Recommended Favorites You Should Have on Your Computer!

  • Email (Microsoft 365 if you have an OnDemandDFW email, or gmail/yahoo/etc. if you have you're own.

  • Chime. Have your CRM saved and easily accessible.

  • Showingtime/Brokerbay

  • MLS login page

  • Zipforms/Transaction Desk/ Docusign (whatever you use to write and have contracts signed.)

  • Spokeo/USphonebook: Spokeo is $15 a month, usphonebook is free, you can search random calls you get or find numbers using someones name or address. Pretty cool, pretty scary.

  • Canva! if you're designing things.

  • GoogleMyBusiness: If you have your own Realtor Google my business account, make sure to have this page Favorited so you can easily edit it and upload photos/posts:  https://business.google.com/

  • Facebook Ads: if youre doing any kind of facebook/instagram advertising have this page favorited:  https://business.facebook.com/adsmanager/manage/campaigns

  • Facebook Content Calendar: If you're managing your own Facebook page you can schedule posts up to 90 days out. https://business.facebook.com/latest/content_calendar

  • HOPP map: If you are using the HOPP program with Gregory Pope and your clients, make sure to have this link saved: https://geomap.ffiec.gov/ffiecgeomap/

  • Any online lead gen companies you're using. Redfin, Clever, Veterans United, etc. Make sure to have their CRM's or lead portals saved and easily accessible.
