Post Closing Ideas | Turn them into a referral source

Remember: After closing, you're not done with your client! Here is a list of things to do after you close the deal.

 

  • Update Client File in CRM

  • Add new home address to CRM

  • Add birthday & Home anniversary (Send cards for both of these occasions) I personally have these on an excel spreadsheet in order. On the 25th or 26th of the month before, I pre-write all birthday cards for the next month and send them out 3 days prior to their birthday.

  • Send Thank you/Congrats emails to Buyer. This is a perfect time to ask for referrals and ask them to write you a review. (See Below)

  • Record on your Zillow profile

  • Post on Facebook. TAG THEM, so now their friends see it and know about you!

  • Send them a homestead letter or ensure they file their homestead promptly.
