What are OnDemand Realty's Fees and Caps?

Our structure is just like our company, simple.

• $50 a month for our monthly technology package which is mandatory. 

• $50 transaction fee for leases and referrals

• $500 a transaction on each of your first 10 deals. 

• Once you cap, AKA completed 10 deals, the transaction fee is just $50 for transaction #11 and so-on. 

• All caps reset January 1 of each year. 

• We do not have any additional mandatory fees or programs.
