Ways to Market Your Listing

  • Have professional Photos taken of the home. This minor $150-$200 fee will make a world of a difference when listing a home and marketing it correctly.

  • Write a strong and incredible listing description of the home. Need help? Look at other listings in the neighborhood and copy certain aspects of their description. DO NOT COPY word for word.

  • Use Reverse prospecting on the MLS. You can then create an email to send to these Realtors via SendinBlue or MailChimp. See below:

  • Perform Open Houses on your Listing. Knock on the neighbors door prior to the open house to invite them to stop by.

  • Send out "Just Listed" or "Just Sold" mailers. This is a great way to let the neighborhood know about the listing and hopefully you get more sellers out of it!

  • Boost your listing using Chimes promotional ads for just $99. This is a great and easy way to promote your listing AND get buyer leads at the same time. See below:

  • Add it to Facebook Marketplace. Adding your listing to Facebook marketplace is a great way to get additional sets of eyes on your listing.

  • Make beautiful flyers to leave at the Listing. Utilizing ListReports you can create free gorgeous flyers in minutes that have all kinds of useful information on them to prospective homebuyers.

  • Ask for Feedback from Agents! Showingtime and Brokerbay automatically do this, however many buyer agents do not leave feedback. Be sure to call or text and ask them for any details on what the buyer did or did not like about the property.

  • Add the listing on ALL of your Social media pages. Not just Facebook. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Google My Business, etc. OnDemand Realty already does most of these for you, but if you have personal or business pages, add them there as well!

  • Create a  Video of the home. One of our preferred business partners, Mostly Media, offers packages which include a Drone and video walk through of the home.
