Open House Sign in sheets & flyers using ListReports

ListReports is a free service to generate open house flyers, listing flyers and more. 

• Go to ListReports.com and make a free account.

• Go to Profile on the top right and enter in your information (Name, Phone number, license number, headshot, etc.)

• Once done, press 'Marketing Kits' on the left side of the screen. 

• Press 'New Marketing Kit' in the red box on the right side of the screen. 

• Once under 'New marketing Kit', add the address. If the home is listed on the MLS already everything should populate. If it is a listing not on the MLS you will have to fill this out and upload photos manually. 

• Press Submit. And wait a few minutes for it to generate the media.

• Press 'Marketing kits' again, find the marketing kit you just created and press the "view" button. 

• Scroll down and you will see Flyers, Select Open house, and then save as .pdf. Then you can print as many as you need.
