The
10-5-5
Plan
This is the most important part of Facebook for Realtors training. Use the 10-10-5 Plan, detailed below, on a daily basis. Set a time limit for yourself, because we all know that social media can take a person down a bunch of time-wasting rabbit holes. Allocate 20-30 minutes per day, preferably in the morning so you can interact with them throughout the day if you get a response.
•This process is incredibly simple and highly effective. Simply conduct these 10-10-5 activities and increase engagement with your SOI on Facebook.

Blog & e-mail
As a real estate agent, one of the best ways to connect with your clients and attract new business is by staying engaged and sharing valuable information. One way to do this is by creating a blog that offers insights into the local real estate market, tips for buying or selling a home, and updates on new developments in the area.
You could also consider sending out personalized emails to your clients with market updates, upcoming events in the area, and recommendations for things to do around the neighborhood. For example, you could send out an email highlighting the best places to watch 4th of July fireworks or announce the grand opening of a new venue in town.
By providing your clients with valuable and relevant information, you not only keep them engaged and informed, but you also position yourself as an expert in the local real estate market. This can help you build trust with your clients and increase the likelihood of receiving referrals from them in the future. Remember, the key is to bring value to your clients, and the referrals will come naturally.
First Time
Home Buyer
Seminars
Host a first-time homebuyer seminar event with your trusted lender, home warranty company, and title company at one of our convenient OnDemand office locations in the metroplex. This is a great opportunity to connect with potential homebuyers and guide them through the process of purchasing their first home. Don't miss out on this easy and effective way to attract new clients!
Share Listings on Facebook - Post Listings on Facebook Marketplace
Promote OnDemand Realty's new listings on social media to attract potential buyers. Consider posting listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, focusing on properties in the $300k-$500k range, to generate interest and kickstart the home search process for interested buyers.
Join a BNI or rotary club, or make your own!
Look for exclusive business clubs focused on referrals, where only one professional per trade is permitted, such as one realtor, one roofer, one plumber, etc. These clubs offer excellent opportunities for both referral business and expanding your network of tradespeople who can support your business.
Reach out to Investors or landlords
Connect with potential investors by scouting properties currently being flipped or under construction and initiating a conversation. Alternatively, gather contact details of landlords and inquire if they are interested in selling their properties due to landlord fatigue.
Keep it Reel
One effective strategy for generating buyer leads and engaging with potential clients is by utilizing platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok to showcase properties in a visually appealing and engaging manner. By creating captivating content that highlights the unique features and selling points of different properties, real estate agents can attract attention and prompt direct messages from interested individuals. This interactive approach not only helps to showcase properties in a creative way but also increases the likelihood of picking up valuable buyer leads who are actively seeking a new home. Leveraging the power of social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok can be a highly effective way to reach a wider audience and drive engagement in the competitive real estate market.
Youtube
Youtube is a very under tapped market. Begin a YouTube channel and begin posting short 2-3 minute videos of different floorplans of builders. Check out this Youtube to get some ideas.
Build up Your Google My Business Page
Many potential home buyers and sellers start their search for a realtor on Google. To boost your visibility, create a robust Google My Business page, add relevant content, and gather positive reviews. This will improve your ranking and attract more clients.
Facebook Groups
Establishing credibility on Facebook groups is essential for expanding your network and potentially attracting clients beyond the DFW area. Consider joining various groups, even outside of real estate, such as car groups or hobby groups, to connect with individuals. By engaging with members, adding them as friends, and showcasing your expertise, you never know where your next client may come from. Remember, building relationships and credibility in diverse communities can lead to valuable opportunities in unexpected ways.
Get active on other Forums and sites
Similar to Facebook groups above, alma matter forums and chat pages, Reddit, even Twitter/X are good ways to network with others online and possibly get some business.
