Intermediary | Representing Both Sides
OnDemand Realty does allow you to represent both parties in a sale of lease transaction.

An intermediary is a broker who negotiates a real estate transaction between two parties when a broker, or a sales agent sponsored by the broker, has obtained written consent from the parties to represent both the buyer and the seller.

How to fill out Intermediary Relationship Notice
If you are representing both parties, you will check "will not" under section D.

If you are working with another OnDemand Realtor on a transaction, you will select "will appoint", and add your name and the other OnDemand Realtors name under par. D.
When writing the TREC 1-4, how do you show that it is an Intermediary transaction?
You will select "Seller and Buyer as an intermediary" on page 10 of the contract. You only need to fill in your contact info on the right side.
