Buyer & Seller Referrals
What do I do when sending a referral to another Agent?
OnDemand Realty recommends you use the NAR Realtor Referral Form when sending referrals outside of the Brokerage. Ensure the document is filled out thoroughly and BOTH Realtors (referring & receiving) have signed the agreement. Also ensure you specify the referral amount in "referral fee particulars". General referral fees range from 25-40% of the ENTIRE commission received by the receiving agent, before any splits or fees.

The referring Realtor is making me sign their Brokerage referral form, is that okay?
Yes, many Brokerages have their own Realtor Referral Form. Most include the same verbiage as the NAR Realtor Referral Form. If anything seems out of the ordinary on the referral form presented to you contact your Broker.

I received a referral from another Realtor, how do I pay the referring Realtor?
All commissions and referrals must be done through the title company AND YOUR CDA. When using BackAgent, ensure you add their commission payable to THEIR BROKER, not to the Realtors name. See below:

I gave a referral to another Agent, how do I get paid?
The referring Brokerage or Title company will send OnDemand Realty the referral check. OnDemand Realty will then cut you a check or Zelle you directly. You Still must enter the transaction in BackAgent as a Referral and enter the transactional information.
